So many women are doing the right things for weight loss, yet feeling stuck, discouraged, or exhausted before they even start.

Our thoughts shape our choices. And our choices shape our results. When our mind is crowded with guilt, shame, or “I can’t,” it quietly sabotages our actions, even when our heart wants change.

That’s why I created "Catch Your Thoughts" 
A mindset study designed to help you catch those unhelpful thoughts before they take you out… and replace them with truth that leads to peace, clarity, and forward movement.

Together, we’ll gently explore:
• What’s really going on beneath the struggle
• Why these thoughts keep showing up
• How Scripture gives us a better, steadier way forward

This isn’t about willpower or beating yourself up. It’s about learning to take every thought captive and setting your mind in a place that supports the healthy choices you want to make, body, soul, and spirit.

This is a 6 Week Course, February 2 - March 16, Monday - Friday. It has 30 Lessons, so if you get a day or so "behind", you'll have the weekend days to "catch up".

This course takes place on my Mighty Networks platform, away from Social Media, which is accessible on laptop or with a free app for phone or tablet.

You can purchase the book separately from Amazon Prime for $10. I highly recommend this purchase, but it is not mandatory to be in the study. The book includes the daily reading and a workbook space for writing your answers and thoughts in. You can use your own paper or journal and I will be reading the Daily lessons on pre-recorded videos. The Bible Study verses and thought provoking questions will be given in the video.

There will not be a specific eating plan in this course, it is up to you to set your own food boundaries. As a Certified Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle Coach, I do teach and support their eating and lifestyle plan in my One-on-One & Group Coaching where I offer this course at no extra charge as part of their participation as a client of mine. If you are interested in also having that as your food plan choice and would like teaching and support, you can start for as little as $47 a month with this course included.
