Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt
Fuel Pull (with 25 grams Protein)

Ingredients

1/2 cup 0% fat Greek Yogurt

3 T Pressed Peanut Flour
-
1 T Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla suggested)

1/2 tsp TH Super Sweet
Instructions

Blend together with a spoon.
This has 25 grams of Protein and less than 3 grams of Fat.
​
Serve with a sliced apple for a fantastic E snack, add in a big handful of baby carrots and/or celery sticks for an even more filling E as a meal. With a large drink you are sure to stay full for 3-4 hours.
​
To have as a S snack, have with a couple squares of dark chocolate or low carb chocolate chips. Baby carrots and/or celery sticks are always welcome if you desire.
